This Privacy Policy is subject to and complies with Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, this Privacy Policy is the policy of our group of logistics management companies, including PT Serasi Autoraya Logistics Indonesia, PT Harmoni Mitra Utama, PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia, PT Toyofuji Serasi Indonesia, and PT Toyofuji Logistics Indonesia (“SERASELOG GROUP”), to protect the personal data (“Personal Data”) of users (“You”) and we will explain transparently how and why we collect, use, and disclose and protect your Personal Data.
This Privacy Policy is part of the terms and conditions on the SERA SELOG GROUP platform (“SELOG GROUPRA Platform”). You declare that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, including that you also give your consent to SELOG GROUPRA to collect, use and disclose, and protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The Personal Data we collect is information about employees, potential employees (e.g. prospective employees, job applicants), customers, vendors, customer and vendor representatives, investors/shareholders, other stakeholders and users of the SELOG GROUPRA Platform.
